This set of cycle racing clothing was worn by the MAMMOET cycle racing team on the Birekebeinerrittet 2011. The clothing represented the company, Dutch heritage of the cycling team and Birkebeinerrittet host country Norway. The shirt gives a homage to the Dutch soccer team that won the EK ’88 (European soccer championships 1988).
